I am so excited and honored to be hosting this show! Each show will include meditations, discussion, education and awareness on facets of our sexuality and consciousness that many of us don’t get a chance to openly explore. This is about slowing way down, with love and respect, and honoring our sexuality which is too often hidden in the shadows, squashed away, or misunderstood. Topics will include “What is Sacred Sexuality?”, stories of my own path of healing and learning to let go, how to experience your fullest pleasure and bliss, and ways to notice (and shift!) when you are sabotaging yourself in your own ability to feel pleasure. Plus, I would love to hear from you! What have you always wanted to learn more about but were afraid to ask? Email me your ideas for consideration for the show. I invite you to listen, call-in to ask questions, share your thoughts and be a part of illuminating the powerful path that is our Sacred Sexuality!
